LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
By booking a tour with HURGHADA TRIPS LLC, I (the “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Inherent Risks: I understand that recreational activities including, but not limited to, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, and Quad Biking (Safari), are hazardous activities with inherent risks of serious injury or death.
- Assumption of Risk: I expressly assume all risks associated with these activities, including equipment failure, perils of the sea, desert terrain hazards, and the negligence of any party.
- Physical Fitness: I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, respiratory conditions) that would make these activities unsafe for me.
- Release of Liability: I agree to exempt, release, and hold harmless HURGHADA TRIPS LLC, its employees, and agents from all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
- Governing Law: This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
