Strict 24-Hour Refund Rule:
- Full Refund: You may cancel your booking for any reason within 24 hours of your initial payment for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable: After the 24-hour window has passed, all payments are 100% non-refundable. This is because we immediately prepay for boat rentals, desert vehicles, and professional guides to secure your spot.
- Weather Policy: If we must cancel a trip due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
