• The Program:

  • 07:00 AM: Sunrise departure (the best time for big bites).

  • 08:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Trolling in deep-sea channels for Barracuda, Kingfish, or Tuna.

  • 12:00 PM: Stop at a quiet reef. While some fish, others can jump in for a snorkel.

  • 01:30 PM: The “Catch & Grill” Lunch. Your chef will clean and grill your fresh catch right on the aft-deck BBQ.

  • 03:00 PM: Relax on the upper sun deck with cold drinks as you troll your way back.

• What to Prepare: A hat and polarized sunglasses (to see into the water), and a light jacket for the early morning breeze.
